EFL calls for a levy on plastic

In late 2018, EFL called for a levy on plastic in Sri Lanka to minimise the excessive, uncontrolled consumption of plastic. EFL wrote to the President, the then Prime Minister and the Finance Minister about the levy demonstrating the harm caused by single use plastic on the environment.
